I’m thrilled to officially welcome you to our new Ops Rangers Community! My name is John Bottoms, founder of Peak Flow Solutions, and I couldn’t be more excited to see this vision finally come to life.
Starting this community has been a dream of mine for quite some time. I’ve always envisioned a space where inventory business professionals could come together to share ideas, solve problems, and grow collectively. With the encouragement (and a little push!) from some incredible colleagues, we’ve brought this dream to reality.
A bit about me: I’ve spent years in the trenches, working with inventory-based businesses across a wide variety of industries. From manufacturing floors and bustling e-commerce warehouses to family-owned brick-and-mortar shops, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 85 companies fine-tune their operations and accounting processes.
My work has taken me deep into the heart of these businesses, addressing challenges like inventory management, cost accounting, and streamlining workflows. Every business is unique, and that’s what excites me most—rolling up my sleeves and finding tailored solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
This community is a way us to share our ideas, to ask questions, share expertise, and build meaningful connections with others navigating the same waters!

I personally am very excited to help bring YOUR dream to fruition. As we know, when we all work together with a hive mind, there is nothing we can't accomplish. I love working with like minded individuals who understand that this type of work takes constant trial and error, education, collaboration, and time to perfect. I concur, every single business is different and we are constantly running into specialized and nuanced challenges and I want everyone in this community to know that I have your back! I want to help, and I look forward to tapping into all of your individual fields of expertise. Thank you again John for hosting this kick-ass space and I am excited to see it grow!
