A lot of times we get questions around rather or not a brand should be selling on Amazon. I will give my opinion here but I would first like the marketing and sales experts in the channel to give their opinions!

Well as with everything it depends. My perspective is always from a technical one, not sales or marketing so "will it cannibalize your other sales channels" I don't know.......but in terms of what Amazon can do for a business? YES. Its sheer power is incredible and if you can navigate it correctly and don't get on their bad side....then yes. Do they nickel and dime you? Yes. Is it important for brand recognition? Yes. Most of our clients are omnichannel and ALL are on amazon. IMO, it's just another channel to move product and we can manage that complexity so long story short, yes.
